There was a memosa tree in my yard growing up and I've always wanted one, but apparently they are a huge mess to take care of.....so I have the best of both worlds. Two or three branches hang over into our patio from the neithbors memosa tree!

This is a fixer upper and the room with the most issues is the family room. I think someone started working on the house and then quite. I think they pulled up carpet that was in this room and never got around to cleaning the nasty caked on dirt underneath!
