Big Decisions

Hey Guys,



Jon and I have a decision to make. Jon has the opportunity to train for another position at the company he works for. The positives are that this company is a little more progressive with their technology and there would be less paperwork for Jon. They also pay a higher percentage, and there are very few people training for this company, so he would possibly be called out for every storm. The negatives are, that they are a new company, and who knows what could happen. If he trains for this company he can't be called out with Allstate, it's one or the other. Also he would have to work up the chain again, and he's come so far with Allstate. But this change could potentially be very good for us. He would still be working for pilot, just doing a different companies claims. Please pray with us over this as it is a difficult decision. If you have any comments or suggestions they would be appreciated.
